## Is the bitterness or grassy smell strong when mixed with water?

When I tore open a stick and poured it into a cup, it was a fine, soft light-green powder. Mixed with water, it turned green.

I was most concerned about the taste because it was a powdered vegetable product, but it was milder than I expected. The bitterness was not strong, and the grassy smell was not overwhelming. It also had almost none of the rough texture typical of vegetables, so I felt I could keep having it regularly.
