I figured they probably get quite a few foreign customers when I was ordering, but while we were chatting and hanging out in the café, three families of foreign tourists came in. It has a blue tint at the bottom that gives an ocean feel, and it's a latte with pistachio flavor. Since the drinks all have such pretty colors and visuals, it was fun taking photos on the rooftop! It has its own parking lot so it's easy to visit, and it's dog-friendly too. It opens at 9am, so it also seems like a good spot for a sandwich breakfast.
