I love that kind of vibe haha ><. Turns out this is the original main branch, and they also have locations inside department stores! Somehow knowing it's the main branch makes it feel more like the real deal +_+ Even the bathroom had that old-school charm, which was fun. One unique thing about this place is that the tables aren't all in one spot — some are set apart like a separate annex. There's yukjeon (pan-fried beef) and grilled mackerel, and cheese tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty) too, so it's a great spot to eat out with kids. The beef tripe hotpot was set on a burner to simmer, which kept it nice and hot.
