I was looking for a filling meal near Sindorim Station and ended up at Sindorim Sambaekga, where you can enjoy bossam (boiled pork wrap) and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) together.

With hearty group dishes like bossam alongside warm kalguksu, it seemed like a solid spot for lunch or a dinner get-together.

It's about a 4-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sindorim Station, so it's easy to reach by public transport.

It sits on the 1st floor of the Homeplus building, so it wasn't hard to find even on my first visit.

If you're driving, you can use the B3 parking lot at Sindorim Purugio 1cha, and they support up to 2 hours of parking.

I saw all kinds of customers — solo diners, pairs, and larger groups getting together.

Each table has a tablet ordering system, so I could take my time looking through the menu and order comfortably.

## Sambaek Bossam + Kalguksu Set: pork kept warm on a chive-lined steamer

This time I ordered the Sambaek Bossam + Kalguksu Set.

Bossam alone can feel a bit lacking, but with warm kalguksu included, it felt like a proper full spread.

The basic side dishes came out neatly too — chive salad, geotjeori (fresh cabbage kimchi), and radish kimchi, all good to pair with the bossam.

What stood out most was that the bossam came served over a steamer lined with chives to keep it warm.

The meat didn't cool down while I ate, so I could enjoy it warm right to the end.

## How the bossam, the set kalguksu and the self-serve yeolmu kimchi tasted

Sindorim Sambaekga's bossam had almost no gamey pork smell, and the balance between lean meat and fat was good, making it easy to eat and tender.

Topping a piece of meat with chive salad and crunchy radish kimchi added a savory depth while keeping things light.

Wrapping it in lettuce or napa cabbage with garlic on top made me think, yes, this is how bossam is meant to be eaten.

The kalguksu that came with the set was also nice and warm, pairing well with the bossam. The soft noodles and refreshing broth made for a satisfying finish to the meal.

I also liked that ordering kalguksu let me use the self-serve zone for yeolmu kimchi and more.

Next time I'd like to try just the kalguksu on its own along with the barley rice.

If you're looking for a good bossam spot near Sindorim Station, Sambaekga is worth a visit.

Tender bossam paired with warm kalguksu made for a filling meal, and with its clean interior and convenient parking support, it also works well for a family outing or a get-together with friends.
