The dishes I ordered arrived 🍽️ The curry tripe pho has an intense curry aroma. And on top there's a huge, crispy fried tripe 😆 This fried tripe is seriously insane ㅠㅠ It's even better dipped in Sriracha 🥹❤️ There's so much fat marbled in, it's ridiculously savory!
