## Linen overalls I picked for the nephew I want to see every day

I’m not usually that into babies, but there is one little one I really adore and want to see every day. Personally, I think he might be the prettiest baby in the whole world. He’s my younger cousin’s son, and honestly, he is just so, so cute. I don’t know if our family is unusual, but I’m incredibly close with my cousins, almost like they’re my real siblings. His mom especially practically lived at our house on weekends before she got married, so we’re even closer. Haha. Anyway, she got married and had a baby, and he is just too adorable. Haha. When I was in Taiwan, we video-called all the time, and even now we video-call every other day and make sure to see each other once a month. Haha, seriously the cutest in the world! Hahaha, Jihwan!

I came across some pretty baby linen overalls this time, and I thought Jihwan would look absolutely adorable in them. They were the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls, and the weather is so hot right now, you know? Linen is cool, and after seeing the little models wearing them, I thought Jihwan would look even cuter in them... (This is why his mom keeps calling me an obsessed aunt, hahaha.)

Here is the front view of the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls. When I first unfolded them, they looked long, so I was really worried they would not fit. But you can see in the photos below that it was needless worry.

The back of the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls has this elastic waistband, so I did not think a baby’s T-shirt would keep popping out. As you can see in the photo, the front comes up above the chest, while the back is cut down to the waist.

There are two buttons, so you can adjust the shoulder-strap length too. My cousin said the straps seemed a little long on Jihwan and would need shortening; apparently, while he was running around, he stopped to pull them up a few times.

I do not really know whether babies use pockets or not, but the pockets on the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls are this wide.

This is the hem of the overalls, and the stitching is very neat too. What impressed me first was the fabric. There are so many linen clothes out there, right? But the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls are truly such great quality. They say they are made from 100% bio-washed linen, and really... the quality was so good! Babies’ skin is especially delicate, after all. I felt like I could dress him in these with peace of mind.

## Size M fit and linen wrinkles

Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls! I sent this photo to my cousin, hahaha. She worried they would be too big for Jihwan... but there was no need to worry!

And now, photos of the cutest kid in the world wearing the baby linen overalls! Haha. First, my cousin said that because they are linen, roomy overall, and not clingy, they seem like something he could wear coolly in summer. From a mom’s point of view, though, she thought the wrinkles from the linen might be a lot to think about. But linen naturally wrinkles easily, and babies move around so much, so perhaps not worrying about wrinkles is one way to go.

It makes me so sad that this tiny little one has to wear a mask because of COVID-19, but putting that aside, isn’t he adorable? Haha. When my cousin first received the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls, she only thought, “The quality is so good, linen will be hard to care for, and will the length fit?” But she said you have to put them on to understand their charm. Once she dressed him in them, she called me all excited, saying they were the cutest clothes in the world. Hahaha.

They completely make my worries about the length disappear! They fit so well, right? Even just in the photos, the roomy fit looks perfect for babies to wear in this weather.

He is really into blowing bubbles these days, hahaha. As I wrote above, the linen is made from flax, so it does not cling to the body, but I guess wrinkles are unavoidable.

## Colors, sizes, and washing precautions

The Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls are 100% linen and come in just one color, beige. They are available in five sizes—S, M, L, XL, and XXL—and our Jihwan wore size M.

For care, dry cleaning is recommended, and if you wash them in water, they say it is best to use wool mode with a laundry bag. And most importantly: do not use a dryer! Jihwan’s mom used one once and was horrified! Thankfully, the clothes were not completely ruined... I hear many moms use dryers to sanitize baby clothes, but the Roden Bebe Linen Pure Overalls cannot go in the dryer, so I think you need to be careful.
