First up was the salad! Fresh greens paired with homemade ricotta cheese — really tasty. The asparagus and green peas added a nice crunchy texture, and the handmade ricotta was soft and nutty, pairing well with the salad. They topped it with a grilled lobster tail, and the plump lobster looked amazing before I even took a bite. Not at all! The prime sirloin cap steak risotto was also fantastic. Usually the steak on top of risotto is simply seasoned with salt and pepper, but here they brushed it with a taerae sauce and grilled it over charcoal! I came for the atmosphere but left thoroughly satisfied with the food too — the salad, risotto, and pasta were all delicious, and every dish was beautifully plated.
