The tangy-sweet fruit-based sauce with chewy noodles was so delicious + you all know it's a match made in heaven with jokbal

## What's the fried jokbal style like?

When I heard "fried jokbal," I assumed it meant jokbal coated in batter and deep-fried, but it turned out to be the style you see abroad, where the jokbal itself is fried once.

The outside is golden and cooked through, and the meat inside looks moist just from the shine alone!

The first bite was plain, just with salted shrimp!! The jokbal had no gamey smell, was clean and savory — it was delicious even dipped in salted shrimp alone.

The original jokbal is already good, but a once-fried jokbal — how could that not be delicious🥹🥹

The tender parts were also so, so good🥹🥹 If the original jokbal has a very tender texture, the fried jokbal has a chewy fried skin, so it's really down to personal preference.

## How spicy is the spicy grilled jokbal?

The spicy grilled jokbal I love❤️🔥 I ordered it again since it was so good last time, and once again the charcoal-grilled aroma was insane,,

The moment you take a bite, the charcoal-grilled aroma spreads through your whole mouth🔥

My personal spice reference) about as spicy as Buldak Bokkeum Myeon — not just strong heat with a deep grilled aroma, but there was umami alongside it too, which made it delicious.
