But now that it's September, the weather's suddenly windy, and even though there's still some summer left in the air, it's gotten pretty autumn-ish lately, so after a while I wanted to enjoy some coffee time and headed to Low & Sweet Bakery, a café on Haeundae's Haeridan-gil. It's supposedly a financier with deep blue cheese aroma plus sweet honey and savory salt added — and yes, the honey, salt, and aroma were all good, but more than anything, you could really feel that basic crisp-outside-soft-inside financier texture done right. I understand it's been known as a delicious spot since Haeridan-gil first started getting popular, and maybe that's why it was busy with customers even on a weekday, not even a tourist-heavy weekend afternoon. The taste was nutty, buttery, and solid. Since Low & Sweet opens early in the morning — well, I've unwillingly become an early-bird extreme-morning person because of my baby, but anyway — this place would be great for anyone who wants an early café hour too.
