The overall wood tone gave it such a calm feeling, I guess? This café’s signature is Basque cheesecake. They also have chocolate, black sesame, matcha, and Earl Grey Basque cheesecakes, so definitely give them a try!!!!! The ceiling was high and there were big windows, so it did not feel stuffy at all, and the space was bigger than I expected. Every space had slightly different tables and chairs, so it looked nice for settling into whichever seat you liked. You could see trees through the windows, and it felt like it would be so healing just to sit there quietly!! Basque cheesecake, chocolate Basque cheesecake, hot vanilla latte, and iced Americano!!! The outside looked lightly baked, while the inside was incredibly soft, with cheese that was slightly dense and wonderfully moist. I had a bite, and the added chocolate made it sweet, dense, and seriously delicious!! Basque cheesecake can sometimes feel a little heavy when I have it elsewhere, but Forerest’s was so delicious that we left feeling happy. If you love Basque cheesecake, I think it is worth visiting at least once!! And since it is a pet-friendly café, Forerest would be a nice choice if you are looking for a café to visit with your pet.
