We ordered chashu, an assorted sushi set, and a white fish sushi set, each with side dishes that made for a filling meal.

## What came with the chashu?

The chashu came with onions and bean sprouts in a sweet and savory sauce. It was not just meat: tofu salad, vegetable salad, soup, pickled radish, and ginger were also served, making it easy to eat until full.

I liked its clean flavor and chewy texture. The fin meat especially stood out for its distinctive texture and rich, nutty flavor, and the acquaintances who came with me also said it was good.
