Supbul Makchang is at 18 Daemyeongcheon-ro 42-gil, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, open daily from 17:00 to 24:00. Last order is 23:00, and it's closed every Monday. True to the overall vibe of Supbul Makchang, even the meat was plated beautifully. How could I not take photos then? 📸💕 After a round of photos, it was time to actually grill! ## How spicy is the pre-grilled spicy makchang? A good Daegu makchang spot needs the makchang itself to taste great, haha. The grilled version leans spicy, so if you can't handle spice, keep that in mind 🌶️ For me, the spiciness just made my chopsticks keep reaching back, haha. A bite of makchang with minari (water dropwort) was also so good 🌿 We also ordered the Cheongdo Hanjae minari, and paired with the meat it cut through the richness and added a fragrant note — it worked really well! ## Don't skip the Iberico pork neck And the dish we were surprisingly impressed by was the pork neck!
