If you download the Lotte Department Store app and sign up, you get free parking coupons. I used a two-hour parking coupon and parked comfortably at Lotte Department Store, haha. The table was filled with sides that went well with the meat, so my chopsticks were already busy before the main meat had even arrived. First of all, the color of the meat looked so, so good, haha. It looked fresh at a glance, so my anticipation was already rising before it even hit the grill! More than anything, I liked that it was not just one cut—you could try a balanced mix of samgyeopsal (pork belly), moksal (pork neck), and hangjeongsal (pork jowl). Oh my goodness... why was it so tender? Hahaha. It was not even aged meat, but there was not a hint of toughness; the texture was truly soft. The outside was golden and savory, while the inside was moist and full of juices! It was not even beef, so why was it melting in my mouth... hahaha. The more I chewed, the more savory flavor came through, and the meat itself was so good that it was delicious even without anything special alongside it. I would say, “I should stop eating now,” but if there was meat on the grill, I would be eating again, haha.
