I ordered the stone-plate monkfish stew (small) at level 2, about Shin Ramyun spiciness. It was a little spicy at first, but I got used to it quickly. The stew also came out faster than I expected. Minari (water dropwort) is prettily laid on top, with loads of boneless monkfish chunks piled over it. Underneath is a heap of bean sprouts, cooked really well so they keep their crunch. Ahh, the look of it makes my mouth water. It feels like the flat dumplings at Doojjim. Anyway, it wasn't there last time I visited, so I think it's new. And it's really good. The boneless monkfish here is in big, bouncy pieces, so plump. You don't have to pick out skin or bones, which made this Bucheon Station favorite even tastier. Eating it together with the flat dumpling is also totally yum!! You get spiciness and nuttiness at once. It's really good dipped in wasabi soy sauce too!
