True to being an aged-sashimi specialist, right as you walk in there are really big fish aging inside a refrigerator!! There's also a large fish tank inside the restaurant, and it was managed so cleanly that I couldn't spot a single bit of scum on it,,!! Since the aged sashimi is so good, I'd recommend the kaisendon. I was surprised at how generous the portion was even though the aged sashimi was only in the ₩60,000 range!! Each slice was so thick that the texture was amazing. I also got to enjoy the luxury of wrapping amberjack with ankimo (monkfish liver) in seaweed, and the tuna practically melted in my mouth. The olive flounder was beautifully scored too! And the gizzard shad salad, which is in season right now!! Some places give you mostly vegetables when you order a raw fish salad, but here it was half fish, half vegetables. Gizzard shad is notoriously hard to debone, but they really removed the small bones so well that I barely noticed them. So I could dig in with the vegetables without worrying about it at all!!
