One reason this Sangbong pork belly restaurant is so famous is the low price. These days a serving of frozen pork belly runs ₩15,000 almost everywhere, so ₩9,900 at Super Naengsam is amazing value, right ㅜㅜ?? Sprinkle some pepper over the meat, and pile kimchi, bean sprouts, garlic, and minari onto the spot where the fat drips, letting it all sizzle away. Toss in plenty of kimchi and bean sprouts, drizzle in sesame oil, stir-fry the rice, and top with seaweed flakes to finish! From start to finish it was such a happy experience!
