## How do you order a protein box, and how much does it cost?

After choosing my menu at the kiosk, I selected sauces. I liked that I could remove vegetables I do not eat or add toppings, making it possible to adjust the box to my preferences.

The chicken pasta protein box I ordered was ₩9,900, and the salmon light protein box was ₩11,900. I chose oriental sauce for the chicken pasta and sriracha mayo for the salmon.

I visited during a quiet period, and my takeout took about 10 minutes. The food was neatly packed in the containers, so I was happy with its condition.

## What should you check if you want to control the amount of sauce?

I received oriental sauce separately, but sauce had already been drizzled over both the pasta and salad in the chicken pasta protein box. I used only a little of the oriental sauce; if I had added all of it, it would have been too salty for my taste. If you want less sauce, it would be a good idea to check when ordering whether the standard sauce can also be omitted.

## Was the chicken pasta protein box filling enough for a meal?

I expected it to be mostly vegetables with only a little chicken breast, but there was a generous amount of chicken breast, making it filling enough for a meal.

Teriyaki sauce had also been drizzled over the salad in the salmon light protein box. I used the separately selected sriracha mayo only for dipping the salmon.

It contained grilled salmon rather than raw salmon. To my taste, it was mild without any fishy flavor and went well with the vegetables. There was also more salmon than I expected, so I felt it would make a good meal on a day when I wanted to eat lightly.

Both menus let me eat vegetables and protein together, which was helpful when I wanted to keep up with my meal plan. I would also like to try them as takeout after exercise, on the way to the nearby baseball stadium, or as a hiking lunch box.
