The tables weren't cramped together, and there were plenty of seats, so it looked good for larger groups too. Even in the photo, you can tell the broth is milky white, right? There was plenty of scallion and meat inside too, so it made for a hearty meal. But taking one bite, I was surprised — > Huh? I don't think I even need to add salt. Usually at seolleongtang restaurants, I reach for the salt right away, but here, to my taste, it was seasoned just right from the start. Not too salty but not bland either, so it was easy to just eat as is. My kid really ate well. I mixed rice into the seolleongtang broth for my child, and they ate way better than I expected. Haha.
