So that day, I wanted a filling meal while still getting some vegetables, and I went looking for a good poke spot near Seolleung Station—then visited Hola Poke Seolleung Branch. It is in the Seolleung Station restaurant alley, where lots of office workers come and students from Jinseon Girls' High School can easily stop by too. I chose a base of 3 parts salad and 7 parts oat brown rice, and left out the red onion that comes with it. Being able to adjust the base and toppings exactly to my taste is definitely one of the great things about poke. The Buldak salmon had a spicy sauce, making it much more appetite-whetting than regular salmon poke.
