I suddenly had a huge craving for a burger, so I went looking for a good burger place near Seoul National University Entrance and finally visited Daily Fix, which I'd had bookmarked for a while.

I usually like burgers and eat plenty of franchise ones too, but sometimes you just crave a proper hand-made burger with a real patty in it >_< This was exactly that kind of day!!!! haha

I was looking for somewhere to eat near Seoul National University Entrance and ended up here — the vibe was more relaxed than I expected, which I liked.

It also felt like a fine place to grab a simple solo meal, so if you're looking for a solo dining spot near Seoul National University Entrance, this could be worth noting. I visited around 4pm and it was pretty quiet haha.

We came as two people and each ordered a burger, and once the food arrived the portions were bigger than expected. The burgers especially, packed with patty, cheese, and all sorts of fillings between the buns, looked hearty just from a glance haha. I usually prefer burgers with a rich meaty taste over ones with a thin patty, so I was extra excited!!!!

## So how does the Bacon Cheese Burger taste?

First up was the Bacon Cheese Burger. As the name suggests, the bacon-and-cheese combo is hard to mess up >.<

The meaty flavor of the patty, the savory saltiness of the cheese, plus that bacon aroma on top — overall it was rich and full-bodied. Adding bacon really made the flavor noticeably stronger than a regular cheeseburger?! Every bite had the patty, cheese, and bacon all coming together, which made it fun to eat. The burger itself had quite a bit of volume.

It was a little hard to hold with one hand, but isn't that part of the fun of eating a hand-made burger? 😂 Luckily there was a knife and fork, so cutting it up made it much easier and more comfortable. Sauce and fillings did spill out a bit as I ate, so you have to be careful, but honestly I liked that hearty, messy feel.

## How it compares to the Double Cheese Burger

The second item was the Double Cheese Burger! As the name implies, it has two patties, so it's definitely a meatier experience than the bacon cheeseburger haha. If you're someone who loves patties, the Double Cheese Burger will probably suit you well. With the cheese layered in too, it had plenty of savory flavor, and one burger alone was quite filling.

Comparing the two personally: the Bacon Cheese Burger has that salty, rich flavor boosted by the bacon, while the Double Cheese Burger lets you enjoy the patty's rich flavor in a cleaner way. So next time I visit, I think I'll pick based on whatever I'm craving that day lol.

## Coleslaw + Zero Coke combo

Eating nothing but burger can get a bit heavy after a while, so we also ordered coleslaw. Its crunchy texture was nice to have in between bites of burger.

For drinks, I went with Zero Coke! And the drinks are refillable — I loved that so much. You really can't have a burger without a coke, and especially with burgers, a cold sip of coke somehow makes everything taste even better haha.
