Even visiting on a Sunday around 2pm, this Myeongdong-area / Seoul Station meeting spot Yunseul was completely full. I wanted to order more meat but we ran into the 3pm break time, so we couldn't add on. We had to finish eating by 3pm, which was a bit of a shame. The sideline dish, seasoned beef tendon (sujimuchim), was spicy and chewy — a surprisingly good extra. The minari gonyi jeon (water dropwort and pollack roe pancake) was loaded with roe. Not really my thing, haha, so my friend went after the roe while I focused on the minari.
