We'd already had dinner, but steak is protein, right? Haha. Besides the steak, the chef also makes pizza dough from scratch, and apparently that's another main dish! A different kind of space and atmosphere you can feel in Songdo, Incheon, without even having to go all the way to Seoul. It felt like a brief illusion of being abroad. They said this was a great steak spot in Songdo, and with a hot stone plate, you can cook it as much as you like to your own taste — it was even better, and so tender. The stone steak even came with a mini fire show event. The view outside was so nice too. Apparently on Fridays and Saturdays it's band performances by top domestic musicians, and on weekdays and Sundays there are live performances of various genres. I don't know much about jazz, but I got completely swept up in the atmosphere and at some point found myself riding the rhythm along with everyone else, haha. They even sang the one song I actually knew. The way the vocalist played with the notes was so good. The instrumentalists too. During the final encore they played a totally improvised piece, and it sparked a bit of passion in me to properly learn an instrument again, haha. He looked amazing, and his voice was so beautiful too — you really have to go and hear it in person! We sat right in front and filmed so much footage it must have been a bit much, but he said he had no issue with portrait rights, haha. They apparently do birthday events for guests here too~ Everyone clapped and celebrated together, and the atmosphere was so nice!
