Parking is tough around Sangam-dong, so an hour free is great! You can choose between whole or half burrata cheese. Since I love cheese, I went with whole. It's a margherita pizza topped with jambon (ham), arugula, and burrata for extra richness. They split and portion the cheese out evenly like this! The salty anchovies paired really well with the sliced chives and olive oil. The kicker was the subtle lemon fragrance! I love this kind of exotic pasta 🥹 Even the grana padano sprinkled on top gave it that textbook pasta flavor.
