There are lots of tables and plenty of larger seats for groups of 6–10, which is a big plus! Best of all, even though it’s spacious, the restaurant is always so tidy. So this was the Gimpo spot for great wood-fired pizza! The wood-fired oven is the first thing you see when you open the door. It’s always standing by! More than anything, the biggest reason I keep coming back to Polia is the kindness!! The owner and staff always greet us brightly with smiles, so I leave feeling good after every meal. (I’m the type who won’t go back a second time to an unfriendly place, even if it’s famous for its food.) The edge of the crust was crispy, the cheese flavor was lovely, and it was exactly what a classic pizza should be. There was plenty of chicken inside too. When the pasta comes out, I recommend mixing the sauce through properly!! I’m not really into risotto with undercooked rice, but this had exactly the texture I like, so I enjoyed it so much!! I’ve tried both tenderloin and striploin, and this time I ordered the striploin~ Try it with salt first! Then try it with the garnish and sauce!! You can choose the doneness too, and I ordered medium-well, haha. And the tiramisu I mentioned earlier, which is one of my absolute favorite desserts! The food is generally neat and tasty, but above all, the staff’s kind service is what stays with me. This time, I was especially happy with the ricotta cheese salad I tried for the first time, and my whole family thought it was the best dish too. (Please, please order the tiramisu!!!!!)
