Once you finish the abalone, the main gopchang comes out. It comes pre-grilled once already!! I ordered the mixed platter for two 🧡 They cut everything up for you piece by piece, and even set aside the heart in advance!! They put it all on a small plate for you. It was nice just being able to sit back and watch haha. The gopchang had no unpleasant smell, so it was easy to eat without any hesitation, and the first bite had a real nutty, savory flavor!!!!! From here you just cook it a bit more before eating. There's grillable cheese, potato rice cakes, chives, and enoki mushrooms served alongside. The cheese is seriously amazing, you have to add it.... It's genuinely so good ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's basically a lump of fat, but... it melts in your mouth...ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I wanted to order more, but you know how it is... the fact that you can't eat too much gopchang... They poured in egg on the side and mixed in the leftover meat to make it for us.
