Because it is semi-dried, it has that lovely chewy texture, yet it is not salty or fishy at all, so I picked it clean! A bite of barley corvina with white rice in green tea water is a real treat. I always refill the crisp seasoned bellflower root. It is packed with nutrition and has such a wonderfully nutty aroma!! Freshly cooked hwangmi rice arrives in a hot pot.
