Parking can be a little confusing on your first visit, but the space between Ipilnyeo Gukbap and Traga beside the building is the parking area. It quietly suits the restaurant interior too. Raviok's meat is said to be a little different from the LA galbi (Korean-style grilled beef short ribs) we usually know. There were salads, kimchi, and all kinds of things that go well with meat, along with a variety of sauces. I kept picking at them before the meat even came out and ended up getting two or three refills, hehe. It comes lightly pre-grilled, so it looked appetizing right from the start, hehe. ### Ravi Soup > Ravi Soup ₩10,000 Ravi Soup came out too. The broth is clear, but that does not mean it tastes light—the flavor is quite rich. There was more galbi than expected, plus plenty of glass noodles, so it seemed surprisingly filling even on its own, hehe. The rib meat was tender and easy to eat, and a spoonful of hot broth followed by a bite of meat was such a good combination. The seaweed aroma was pronounced, followed by a gentle nutty scent of sesame oil. Mix it with rice and it feels like a proper full meal, haha. ## How the staff-grilled flower ribs tasted The meat is grilled on a hot iron plate, yep yep. Best of all, the staff provide the grilling service themselves. We just got to sit there and watch the meat cook beautifully, haha. Since we did not have to grill it ourselves, it was nice to relax and chat while eating. In the middle of grilling, flames suddenly shot up right in front of us—they even gave us a little fire show, which startled me, hahaha. It was more spectacular than I expected, so naturally I ended up filming it. When you chew it, the juices come out moistly and that nutty flavor spreads right through your mouth. It was soft without any tough bits—like it just disappears in your mouth. It was slightly sweet with a garlicky aroma, and it went so well with the prime ribs. After one dip, I think I ate almost everything with the garlic sauce, haha. ## How it was for family gatherings and dining with dogs After trying everything, I could see why they call themselves an LA flower-rib specialist. The staff were kind, and because they grilled the meat themselves from start to finish, all we had to do was eat comfortably—which was even better, haha. The atmosphere was upscale but cozy, so it would be lovely for a date, bringing your parents, or treating someone. It did not have that overly loud Korean BBQ restaurant feeling, so it was nice to eat slowly and talk, hehe. And dogs are welcome here too, haha. As soon as I learned that, I thought I should bring Kuna next time, haha. It is not actually that easy to find a meat restaurant in Gangnam where you can go with your dog, so I was happy about that. We tried everything from the meat to the side dishes and soups, and I was satisfied overall. What stayed with me most was the flower ribs being grilled right in front of us. If you normally like LA galbi, this is a place worth trying at least once, yep yep. The atmosphere was comfortable, the meat was tender, and the staff were kind, so I left feeling happy in every way.
