The rice balls were mixed with finely chopped pickled radish, a salty-savory sauce, and a generous handful of seaweed flakes, all mixed together by hand — savory and filling enough to count as a real meal on its own. The music and chatter at a comfortable volume weren't distracting at all thanks to the private booth setup — if anything, they lifted the bar's atmosphere even more.
