I usually use cleansing water. Since the formula is made with black charcoal, I initially wondered if it might feel rough, but when I scooped it out with the spatula, it was rich and springy. It felt softer on my skin than I expected.

## Did it remove eye makeup in one go?

When I used cleansing water, I would often use eye makeup remover as well. After cleansing with this product, I tried wiping around my eyes again with eye makeup remover and a cotton pad, but nothing came off. My eyes did not sting while cleansing, either.

I applied an appropriate amount to my face, massaged it for about 30 seconds, then added water to emulsify it and rinsed it off. The included spatula made it easy to scoop out just the amount I needed.
