I don't think I've seen a department store explain parking this thoroughly, so I took a photo. The place I picked was the sushi specialist 'Moshi Moshi.' A Japanese-style exterior, and it's even certified with the 'excellent hygiene grade' mark — a Safe Restaurant designated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. We each neatly ordered our own sushi set and sashimi set, but there's also an assorted set (for 3-4 people), and for groups who love sashimi and Japanese food, there's a set that even includes chashu, plus ramen, soba, and a kids' set menu — this place would work great for family meals or gatherings too.
