It's in Yulha 2-district, and since I went on a weekend evening I parked on the street near the restaurant. Yulha gets busy on weekend evenings with people heading out to eat, so I was a little worried about parking, but luckily I found a spot nearby. We ordered two servings of hot pot and two servings of stone-pan stir-fried gopchang. After ordering, the side dishes arrived first. There was dongchimi (watery radish kimchi), seasoning sauce, pickled vegetables, stir-fried anchovies, and more — a nice lineup to pair with gopchang. A drinking snack through and through Of everything we ordered, the stone-pan stir-fried gopchang came out first. It arrives partially cooked, so we only needed to cook the vegetables a bit more at the table before digging in. Thanks to that, we didn't have to wait long before eating — great!! It came with scallion salad too, which paired really well with the stir-fry. It wasn't just spicy for the sake of it — every piece was well coated, so I kept reaching for more. It included both gopchang and daechang (thick intestine), and instead of getting greasy fast, the richness blended nicely with the sauce so it stayed enjoyable to eat. The chewy texture was great too, and combined with the savory flavor of the daechang, it was a perfect match for a soju-beer cocktail lol. After we'd made some progress on the stir-fry, the hot pot we'd been waiting for arrived. I'd enjoyed it on my previous visit too, so I had high expectations, and it came out generously portioned again as expected. Even ordered for two, there was quite a lot, and it came with glass noodles inside that were great with the broth. At first I worried ordering both the stir-fry and the hot pot together might be too much food, but once we started eating, we just kept going lol. It had been a while since my last visit to Miracle Yang Gopchang, and once again I left satisfied. If you love gopchang or daechang, I'd recommend ordering the stone-pan stir-fry and the hot pot together to enjoy a variety of dishes. We ordered fried rice — you can stir it into the hot pot, but we mixed it into the stone-pan stir-fry instead!! Since the seasoning itself was already delicious, there was no way the fried rice could taste bad. Cooking the ramen in the hot pot broth let the noodles soak up all that flavor, making it feel almost like a whole different dish. In the end, we thoroughly worked through the stir-fry, fried rice, hot pot, and ramen noodles. By the time we finished the fried rice and ramen noodles, we were completely full haha. If you're looking for a dinner spot in Yulha, or a good place to have gopchang with soju or a soju-beer cocktail, this is worth a visit. It's a solid choice if you're searching for restaurants and bars in Jangyu-Yulha, or want to enjoy both gopchang and hot pot in one sitting.
