## What treatment did I get for gray coverage?

Increasing white and gray hairs had been bothering me, so I went to Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch (비비엔느헤어 창원상남점). This time, I tidied up my hair with dark root coloring and a layered cut.

## How did I handle parking and reservations?

The salon is in Unit 201 on the second floor at 23 Danjeong-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si. I could use the Moise Building underground parking lot and Raeal Parking, and I received two hours of parking support during my visit.

Through Naver Place, I could reserve in advance by selecting the director I wanted and the service process. I liked that everything was prepared before my visit, which saved time.

The full-height windows on the second floor made the space feel open. Looking toward Goindol Intersection in Sangnam-dong while receiving the treatment made the waiting time pass quickly.

Although the layout was open, the chairs were spaced far apart, so it felt less awkward to sit close to other customers. It was a comfortable space for me, since I prefer receiving treatments quietly.

The dye was applied quickly to my roots. I was told that Objet coloring is a low-damage coloring service designed to reduce hair damage while producing vivid color.

## How were the layered cut and finishing?

In the shampoo room, my head and neck felt comfortable, and the scalp massage felt refreshing. After shampooing, I received a shoulder-length layered cut. The cut went quickly, and they finished by blow-drying in natural waves.
