You can choose between spicy and basic flavor. The broth tastes rich, but according to the menu description, it's a light chicken broth base. The noodles aren't thick or the kind that get mushy — the soft bite is what makes them appealing. ## Gyoza dumplings ₩11,000 The steamed dumplings at Gangnam Gyoja are shaped bite-sized, juicy like dim sum, easy to eat in one bite.
