I usually cleanse in the morning and evening. I squeezed out an appropriate amount, added water to create a lather, and gently rolled it over my entire face as if massaging.

In the evening, I melted off my makeup with a cleansing balm first, then used this as a second cleanse. After the first cleanse, I felt I did not need a large amount.
