There's a guide for making the sauce set up at each table — mix half a spoon of chili paste, half a spoon of minced garlic, mustard and soy sauce to taste, then toss it with the vegetables and you're done. I mixed the sauce together with the vegetables at the same time and it didn't blend well. I'd recommend mixing the sauce first, then adding the vegetables! If you want warm broth on a cold day, I'd recommend the dak hanmari at Migeum. ### Chicken neck scorched-rice porridge, the first course I ate the chicken neck meat scorched-rice porridge first — normally I eat porridge last, but eating it first felt like an appetizer. You could taste the finely chopped chicken neck meat, and it was savory enough to enjoy on its own! The broth is clear, so it's nice to just sip on its own too — I'd recommend it as a drinking snack as well. ### Why you should order the knife-cut noodles ahead When you're about done with the chicken, call the staff over and they'll add the knife-cut noodles. The noodles need about 7 minutes to cook, so it's best to order them in advance.
