The building name is written at the entrance to the underground parking lot, so it was especially easy to find. The parking garage was pleasant too. After that, you can conveniently help yourself at the self-service bar, and I liked that everything was available, including aprons and small plates. The lamb skewers looked amazing, but... those mung bean sprouts were insanely good... As a mung-bean-sprout lover, I seriously wanted to order another serving! They told us they would be crisp if we ate them right away, so we tried them—and really, the sprouts still had that perfect texture and the seasoning was delicious. The long-cut carrots made the colors even prettier. Guobaorou always makes me excited when I see a cross-section shot...!! It is my favorite kind of fried food, so I have tried it at many restaurants, and this one was really delicious. The meat was bigger than expected, so it was satisfyingly filling, and the cumin at every table was such a great touch. You know how cumin tastes different at every restaurant, right? At some places it removes the gaminess with just this one seasoning, while at others it can smell overpowering.
