Big chunks of meat plopped right in. It was a nicely tangy-spicy kimchi jjigae that seemed to wash away all the meat's greasiness. We finished with the kimchi fried rice and cheese. It's the kind of dish that properly fills you up with carbs when just eating meat feels incomplete — even though I was pretty full, I kept reaching for more.
