It's so good that we buy 10 meal kits at a time with our own money—so yes, it really is a great restaurant, haha. Just try one spoonful of the broth; seriously, you'll be surprised. Every side dish is prepared with such care that I could see why people call it a Seomyeon favorite. The ribs practically melt in your mouth to begin with, but having them with the light, clean flavor of the brisket makes the texture even more wonderful~~!! The meat comes away from the ribs so softly, with absolutely no toughness, haha. The broth is clear but deeply flavored. We went with a baby, mixed rice into the broth, and they ate happily. It is an easy choice for dining out with children. It was a flavor I genuinely remembered enough to want again at home. It was the best galbitang I have had in Busan, seriously! A place in Seomyeon with easy parking, a baby chair, food that is good for babies, and great flavor and prices... isn't that perfect? I think of it especially in cold winter. Of course it is delicious in summer too, but it feels even more fitting in winter, haha.
