I'd heard that a place in Yulha looked gorgeous from the outside in, so I went with high expectations! ## Anmin Yulha location, hours and parking in Gimhae Anmin Yulha is a BBQ restaurant located on the 1st floor of 93-23 Yulha Café-gil, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. The modern, sleek exterior had me excited before I even walked in!! Even though we arrived early on a Friday evening, every table at Anmin Yulha was already reserved. The overall tone-down interior with softly glowing lighting makes for a calm, atmospheric meal haha. The grill plate and the spot where the meat gets served to your table are separate, so it wasn't hot or smoky in front of the fire. Finally, the main event! The quality of the meat was so good — the marbling had this deep pink color and the thickness was perfect!! On top of that, the friendly staff grilled it carefully from start to finish. Putting a little wasabi and some tangy pickles on top of the meat kept me eating without ever getting tired of it~~ Adding the grilled scallions on top of the meat too — pure heaven~~~~~~ ## The grilled pork skin that comes with the set The grilled pork skin (kkeopdegi) that comes with the whole-pig set is served with a special sauce and roasted soybean powder for dipping. It came included in the set, and I almost ordered more on top of it!!!!ㅜ I picked up a well-cooked piece, dipped it in the special sauce and the nutty soybean powder, and it had zero gamey smell — crisp on the outside, incredibly chewy on the inside, an absolute work of art! The savory, slightly sweet umami that spread with every chew meant I couldn't put my chopsticks down even though I was already full!!
