I went to 29 Tamago, a well-known gimbap spot in Euljiro3-ga. It's 5 minutes from Euljiro3-ga Station, on the 2nd floor of a building with a Mega Coffee on the ground floor.

## A café-like gimbap shop upstairs, overlooking the Euljiro street

I figured it'd be just an ordinary gimbap shop, but the inside of 29 Tamago Euljiro Branch is actually cute and pretty. It has a stylish yet clean vibe, like a small café. From the window-side tables you get a full view of the Euljiro street below. It seems like a great spot to eat solo, zone out a little, and enjoy some relaxed time haha 😆

29 Tamago is a specialty restaurant for premium keto/fusion gimbap made with a thick egg roll, plus fresh-pressed juices. They say ingredients prepped that same morning are cooked to order, for a tastier and healthier meal.

Personally, I think the thick egg roll is what takes the flavor of keto gimbap to another level — the thin, omelet-sliced style of keto gimbap I've had elsewhere felt a bit rough in texture, which I'm not a fan of.

With the thick egg roll inside, even one or two pieces already leave you feeling full and satisfied — perfect for a diet meal, seriously perfect!

Eating it dipped in the sauce deepened the flavor of the keto gimbap even more. Eaten plain without sauce, it has a clean, healthy taste, but dipped in sauce it feels like everything comes together in a more harmonious way, somehow? Anyway, both versions are delicious. I think you can just dip according to your own taste.
