There was garlic, bean sprouts, kimchi, and mushrooms too, so I went for the full set of grilling vegetables. Putting the kimchi and bean sprouts where the fat drains off is my personal pro tip! If I had to recommend from what I tried, both the Duroc and Iberico thin-sliced pork belly were great, and I'd especially recommend the flower pork belly for its great look.
