There were heaps of bean sprouts under the meat, plus noodles, so the portion was seriously huge and delicious. The noodles went so well with the broth that I was slurping it up and thought I’d clear the bowl in no time!!!! But the portion is reaaally big. The potato-wrapped shrimp 🍤 had shrimp tightly wrapped in potato, so it was crisp outside and the shrimp inside had such a lovely springy texture~ Both were so delicious that I’m wondering which of the two I should order next time...!!! When pho alone feels a little incomplete, one of these makes the perfect side, so I really recommend trying them >< Above all, the pho at Mibundang Dongtan Station Branch was so clean-tasting and delicious, with generous portions too~ The staff were also so kind, so I left after a really pleasant meal.
