I always get tired of my hair and end up perming or dyeing it about once a year, so my hair has taken quite a beating. Lately, as I've gotten older, I've really started to feel how precious and important healthy hair is 🥹 So this time I made up my mind and went to get a proper clinic treatment .ᐟ.ᐟ

## Inside the salon and the wait

As soon as I walked in, I was surprised how busy it was even on a weekend morning. It was crowded enough that I couldn't properly photograph the interior, haha. This is the one shot I managed to get 📸 The whole space is done in white tones, so it felt spacious and clean. The styling area and shampoo area are nicely separated too, so I could relax without feeling cramped.

While I waited, they asked if I wanted an americano, green tea, or iced tea, so I said iced americano and they brought it with some snacks ෆ. I also got the business card of the head stylist in charge. The person taking care of my hair that day was head stylist Hannah 🤍

## The inner clinic consultation and 6-step process

After a short wait, she did a consultation. She touched my hair, immediately identified the problem, and recommended the inner clinic. She also gave a brief explanation of hair structure and how the process would go.

- ✔ Hair shampoo
- ✔ Filling in with high-molecular keratin
- ✔ Filling gaps with low-molecular keratin
- ✔ CMC replenishment, protein and moisture penetration, then cuticle bonding reinforcement
- ✔ Cuticle recovery step

That was the order, and she explained it in a way that was easy to follow even for someone as clueless about hair as me.

Then it was straight to the shampoo. They shampooed my hair so the treatment could absorb well, then I waited about 10 minutes like this •••

It felt like it had already improved after just a shampoo — is that just my imagination...? haha

Next, to get the low-molecular keratin deep into my hair, they did a heat treatment 🔥 I'd left early that morning to get my hair done, so my dazed expression is pretty funny — totally spaced out~😳

### The final shampoo, in a massage chair

The last step was a shampoo in the spa room — and it wasn't the usual salon shampoo bowl 👀 I got my shampoo and scalp massage done in a massage chair 💆🏻‍♀️ They even dimmed the lights and played nature sounds, so it felt really calming. Pure healing.... ෆ

## My hair after the treatment

The clinic is finally done!! Ta-da ✨ What do you think of my hair, haha. The stylist asked if I'd touched my hair yet, and when I finally did — it just glided through, so smooth. Pure silkiness. The whole thing took about 1 hour 30 minutes.

She even filmed a video because my hair looked so much better, haha.

## Final thoughts

If you bleach, dye, or perm your hair often, I'd recommend trying a clinic at Beorn Hair at least once! Having gone through this myself, I really think consistent care is the answer for healthy hair.

Above all, head stylist Hannah, who handled everything from consultation to treatment, was kind and thorough throughout, so I could relax and trust the process. In the end my hair got noticeably softer and stayed glossy and neat — I was very satisfied.
