When the yukhoe arrived, the portion was actually more generous than I expected. With yukhoe, the condition of the meat and the seasoning balance matter most — the meat was clean and tender, so it was easy to eat from the very first bite without feeling heavy. That spicy, warm broth paired surprisingly well with the yukhoe too. Going back and forth between the cold yukhoe and a spoonful of hot beef ramyeon, then back to a piece of yukhoe, worked really well together.
