I'm not usually a fan of fish, but I tried this one because the flounder is famous, and now it's the only one I order. Thanks to the flounder, there's a nutty flavor to it. The boneless flounder sometimes comes in bite-sized pieces like in the photo below, but usually it's shredded finely so it's easy to eat with the soup and rice. The beef isn't tough at all — it's tender, and the broth is light and clean.
