The dishes looked appetizing the moment they arrived, and the first bite confirmed this is a place that really knows how to cook. The sauce, in particular, was excellent. The bean sprouts tossed in the sauce had a nice crunch that paired perfectly with it. Apparently Yeseoban is run by two food researchers, and that care really came through in every dish. But what really impressed me most was the hotpot rice. Honestly, that hotpot rice was a work of art. The rice itself was so good that paired with the braised dishes, a whole bowl disappeared in an instant.
