It looked completely different from a typical salad, so I was curious how it would taste — the cabbage is grilled to bring out sweetness, then topped with a tangy sauce, savory cheese, and small bits of bacon-like meat. Eating it at home, the dough was nice and chewy and paired well with the cheese — my grandmother had three whole slices!
