Apparently it's such a famous lunch spot for Pangyo office workers that there's usually a wait, but since there's no break time, a late lunch is totally possible! (Note: there is a weekend break time, 15:30–17:00.) The mozzarella cheese katsu comes with a whole block of mozzarella cheese inside, and apparently Katsu Shokudo uses a patented low-temperature yuzu aging process that makes the tonkatsu soft and flavorful! The noodles were chewy and the broth was really clean, spot on!
