I had no idea the cheese would be piled on that generously; I was amazed just looking at it. I immediately went for a beer 🍺 It's a dish that basically demands alcohol! Cheers, cheers, cheers. It came already cut and prepped so it was easy to pick out the meat — you just put on the plastic gloves and pull the meat right out, which was so convenient.
