The spicy seasoned squid went well mixed with the chogochujang (vinegared chili paste) provided at the table. Of those, milchi was my favorite. When I visited, the restaurant was a bit quiet, so they peeled the shrimp shells for us. Apparently during busy hours it might come unpeeled. The raw shrimp came as 6 pieces with the small mixed sashimi set. The bouncy texture of raw shrimp is the best~~ The flesh was sweet and had enough spring to it that it pushed back against my teeth — delicious. After finishing the shrimp, they apparently fry up the shrimp heads for you too. It's a good way to enjoy something like a new dish if you're short on snacks, but we don't do well with shrimp heads, so we didn't request it and just enjoyed the raw shrimp. ## Mixed sashimi + raw shrimp set: two flavors in one sitting I especially liked this set for letting me have both mixed sashimi and raw shrimp sashimi at once. Rather than eating just one kind of sashimi the whole time, being able to alternate between different textures and flavors kept it from getting repetitive. With such a varied and generous spread of side dishes, I was able to eat until I was full even though I'd skipped dinner.
